We’re proud to announce that for the third year running, Brandon Bernstein has been named as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Maryland. It’s a great honor to once again garner this recognition. The Firm continues its mission to provide high quality representation, support and commitment, and tireless effort to produce positive outcomes for our clients.
So, how does one get named as a Rising Star, and what does it even indicate? Super Lawyers has a variety of standards and guidelines which must be met in order to qualify as a Rising Star award winner. At the end of the process, less than 2.5 percent of any state’s attorneys are awarded this designation.
First, there is a nomination period for potential candidates. Then, a dozen different indicators are taken into account and reviewed by a panel, including individual factors such as overall professional achievements, clients and experience, verdicts and settlements, honors and awards, pro bono work and bar activity, and a range of other criteria as well.
In addition, a Super Lawyer Rising Star must also have been in practice for less than 10 years, and must be younger than 40 years old in order to qualify.
Looking ahead to 2016, Mr. Bernstein hopes to continue earning recognition for his work as a tireless, passionate advocate for his clients, handling their needs a family law and divorce lawyer in Maryland.
